I’ve sat with enough couples across Minnesota to know this: couples will spend countless hours choosing the perfect venue, tasting cakes, selecting flowers, creating seating charts, and finding the right photographer. And those details matter, they help create a memorable celebration of what God has brought together. But here’s the truth I try to share with every couple I meet with: The quality of your marriage will never be determined by the quality of your wedding. Years from now, no one will remember what color the napkins were or whether the DJ played the perfect song.
